Sky Dragon was founded out of a deeply rooted passion for authentic, innovative Chinese cuisine. Our dishes reflect Chinese delicacies that are based on a lifetime's worth of experience. From preparing traditional 100 year old recipes to revamping timeless classics, every dish shares a culinary story that dares to transform your perception of modern Chinese cuisine. We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh & sustainable ingredients locally. Our chefs diligently begin every morning picking and prepping fresh vegetables and raw meats to ensure that we serve only the best quality ingredients. Each dish is made to order and made from scratch. As a result, we DO NOT USE ANY MSG in our dishes. We employ only the finest ingredients along with our unique cooking techniques to deliver rich, bold flavors not found in any other Chinese cuisine. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
